help with back pain from large breasts

Hi everyone,
I am 18 weeks pregnant. I have historically worn the "Genie Bra" in size XL (basically a stretchy sports bra with a foam insert for extra coverage over nipples for shape and support). My regular bra size is a 34D. The Genie Bra has really been amazing re: comfort prior to pregnancy and up until this week. I was fortunate to find that since it's basically a stretchy sports bra, I haven't had to buy new bras yet either, even though I bet I'm at least up to a DD or bigger. But I'm finding that my back is starting to hurt in between my shoulder blades. My boobs are way bigger than ever before so I suspect it's from the new weight in the chest area. I'm curious if any of you found bras that work for the ever enlarging pregnancy breasts, that also eliminate back pain. Any suggestions are appreciated. thanks!
