Have you been to trial over your CS, Custody, Visitation, etc?

By trial I mean like a trial...for hours...or days...before a judge...called to witness stand...cross examined the whole thing. Not just court.

    I don't think they do trials here for that.  If necessary, we go before the judge and they either approve or deny the recommendation of the Friend of the Court.  You can go through the whole thing and never have to actually see the judge yet they will still approve all the c/s orders.  In my case, because BD is a douche canoe, we've seen the judge once already and will be again soon.  Might also have something to do with the fact we both have attorneys.

    I put yes because I forgot I needed to see the votes and didn't put another answer. I guess my county is just nuts. But yeah, if things are contested, it is a trial. I don't think by jury...just by the judge. What a frickin' mess. I hope he just throws his white flag up before then :( 

    The only time you just see the judge is if you agree or if it's a super simple matter like he hasn't paid CS and he obviously has to or something.
