OPK Question

Quick question.... I got a very obvious + on a $ store OPK this morning, but just got a - on the Answer brand from Walmart. I don't have another $ store test to compare. Do the Walmart Answer brands suck? Does it matter that I'm peeling directly on the Answer brand versus using the dropper on the $ store test?

    It may be that your surge is over. You may have caught it this morning and now it is gone. It may also be that different brands have different sensitivities and work best at different times of the day. I am not familiar with ether brand so I don't know when they work best, but that could be part of the variation as well. Try and stay with the same brand each cycle (whether dollar store or answer brand). Switching around can casue confusion.

    Makes sense. I was negative yesterday, with the Walmart/Answer ones. So that wouldve been a short surge, which I know happens. Also, if I had used the Walmart/Answer ones only, I may have missed the positive/surge, which seems annoying....

    I got a + on the Answer/Walmart test this morning. I guess it's just not as sensitive,

    I just finished AF and am waiting on my rush order Wondfos to show up. Hopefully tomorrow. Some people have complained about them not having directions? Thankfully, I found them posted on the Newbie blog (https://www.ushealthtests.com/wondfo-ovulation-dip-test-package-insert.pdf) in case you want to look at them. This is my first time TTC and using an OPK, so we will see how it goes! Good luck!
