Is there such a thing as too many wet diapers in a day?

in April 2014 Moms
LO has at least 15 wet diapers a day. I count the small pee's because she has a meltdowns if it's even a little wet. Should I be worried?

    No blood, no discomfort, no other syptoms and she eats really well

    I guess it got me wondering if it was abnormal because the daycare told me to bring 4 diapers a day when she starts in a few weeks. I thought to myself ... That's only going to get them thru lunch!
