Temperature did not rise after trigger shot

This is my first cycle of taking Clomid (50 mg) plus the Ovidrel. I have heard taking temps during Clomid cycles is usually a waste but I wanted to see a normal post O rise for once in my life, so I did it anyway. I triggered Saturday night and still have not had a temp rise. I thought ovulation was "guaranteed" to occur within 36 hours. Does this mean I did not ovulate? Sadly I am wiped out from all the BDing but wondering if I should continue.

2 cycles Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel + TI

1 cycle Clomid 50 mg + TI - no response stair-stepped to Clomid 75 mg + Ovidrel + TI

1 cycle Clomid 50 mg + Ovidrel + IUI

1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + TI

1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Folistim + Ovidrel + IUI

1 cycle Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim  - no response, repeated Letrozole 7.5 mg + 150 mg Follistim + Ovidrel + IUI = success! 12/2014

Beta 1 - 15 dpiui, 324, Beta 2 - 17 dpiui 750. Twins!!

    I wouldn't invest much into your BBT on a medicated cycle. I usually ovulated 40 hours after trigger for all my IUI cycles. My egg retrievals were always scheduled for 36 hours after trigger, for which the timing is critical (don't want to ovulate for IVF, very important to catch it before O)

           Protein S Deficiency, Sjorgen's Syndrome 

    IUI #1-5: BFN
    Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty
    IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN
    IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage
    IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!
    IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

    IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!
    Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day
    Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day
    19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!
    Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709
    Beta #3 11/29 (18dpo/13dp5dt) = 1,997 ~ Beta #4 12/1 (20dpo/15dp5dt) = 3,403

    Ditto what Cici said. I wouldn't temp when doing a medicated cycle. Enjoy the break! :)

    From what I hear, the temps don't mean much when on meds.

    Of course, I need to tell myself that. FF tells me I O'd the day before IUI ICI which is making me crazy. Of course the day of O the nervousness woke me up an hour early which probably messed up temps...sigh. :)

    I still temped, according to FF I also show I O'd the day before my IUI. It could be right right, either way it was a no go. I liked to see that my temp was staying up in the 2 WW. Since mine weren't staying up, my fears that it didn't happen this month were right early on.

    I stress out about this every cycle, too!  I've heard a million times that temps are unreliable on a medicated cycle, but I can't help it.

    ME: 34, Atypical PCOS (lean, no O without meds) + unexplained; DH: 33, mildly low motility
    09/2012: Start TTC after stopping NuvaRing.  No cycles seemed to occur.
    01/2013 - 05/2013: Tried Provera to "jumpstart" cycles. No luck.
    12/2013-     01/2014: Clomid 50mg - no big follies, stepped to 100mg; One mature follie, Ovidrel (HCG trigger), IUI #1 completed - BFN
    02/2014: Clomid 100mg;     One mature follie, Ovidrel trigger, IUI #2 completed, Crinone - BFN
    03/2014: Clomid 100mg -     no big follies on 1st round, 2nd round prescribed; One mature follie, Ovidrel, IUI #3 completed, Crinone - BFN

    One month I think my temp rose befor my shot and one month it was a day after when I should have ovulated. Temping during a medicated cycle isn't accurate. I just continued because it was a habit.

    Thanks for all the insights. It's also nice to "hear" that other people in this journey have some of the same thoughts and motivations. It makes me feel a little less crazy to read your responses.
