(Almost) 8 week craziness!

I don't know much about leaps or growth spurts but DS is 8 weeks on Friday.. And where did my "easy" baby go??? He refuses to nap, constantly wants to be held and rocked/bounced, eats a lot more, and from 5-9 pm is a disaster. What is up with this age? How long does this last? Any "tricks" to help him (or maybe just lots of wine for mama? Haha jk)

Ugh! Good luck! It will pass! My LO Went through this exact phase or "leap" 1.5 wks ago...and he will be 8wk on Friday. It was Hell. But he is back to being my happy yet temper mental baby.

We've had two now, and ours have been like clockwork, starting on Sunday night and lasting til Thursday. He's usually exhausted that Thursday and happy as a clam and back to normal by Friday.

Ours was at 6 weeks... so glad it's over... but I hear there is another growth spurt at 3 mo... ugh

Yup, wonder week 8 isn't fun. We had 4 days of craziness, a day of sleepiness, them back to normal.

We just went through this. Four days. DH was convinced there was something majorly wrong. Much better today.

Yes this is leap 2. DD will go through a few days of barely napping, then a couple of days of total exhaustion where she can barely stay awake. Today was a cat nap day. But she is getting to be a lot more fun so I am ok with this. She makes me laugh all the time now.
