NASTY thawed breast milk??! HELP!

.. was in a pinch & thawed some of my frozen BM. LO hated & spit it out! I gave a sniff test and WHOA! It smelled like nasty ass fish!!!! What could be wrong??!!! Anyone else have experience, ideas, etc?? I'm mortified that my stash may all be tainted!!

Does it taste or smell soapy or sour? Soapy is a lipase issue. Mine smelled sour and I was told it could be cause by the dha fish oil supplement I was taking.

@miniray‌ it smells fishy!! .. Strong fishy! I'm gonna try LO on it again but am strongly considering changing my fish oil prenatal supplement! I'm just not sure about the best way to do this. I may go every other day or switch altogether... Not sure yet

Are you taking lecithin supplements? Lecithin smells like fish.

Thanks y'all!
@jenb_99‌ no lecithin but prenatals that include a DHA supplement.
I've researched further on the Internet, and fishy smell is common and harmless.
My current goal = get LO to drink up anyway.
PS: LO has been drinking it today!!!
