Sleepy bladder?

Do/did you have issues urinating if you haven't gone for several hours? During the night/morning I'm usually up at 12, 2 and 3 to pee and can go without an issue, but then when I get up around 5 it takes forever to actually be able to go even if I'm bursting. It's like I've waited too long although the urge to go hasn't woken me up before then. TMI ahead... I have to "push" for several minutes before it slowly starts to drip out and then continues to slowly drip for several more minutes. For those on mobile I'm 31w4d. Is this normal or something I need to talk to my dr about? I figure not being able to have full flow is a normal part of PG, but it's scary to have to go so bad and feel like you might not be able to!

IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt) Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)
Twins with an EDD of 8/15/14! Team Purple

    Yeah it sounds like an infection, to me, but could be any number of things. An infection can make you feel like you need to go even when you don't.

    Right ovary removed 09.04.2012 via vertical laparotomy
    Essure implant placed on remaining tube 06.13.2013; successful followup scan 09.30.2013
