  Speaking of Canadian jokes though, I have one:

  Man walks into a grocery store and asks the produce guy if he can buy half a head of lettuce. Produce guy says no. Argument ensues with customer. Produce guy goes in the back to talk to his manager.

  Produce guy: 'Some asshole wants to buy half a head of lettuce. . ' turns and sees customer standing behind him and continues '. . and this kind gentleman has agreed to buy the other half'.

  After the customer leaves,

  Manager: 'I like your style kid, where are you from?'

  Produce guy: 'Canada'.

  Manager: 'Why did you leave?'.

  Produce guy: 'Because there's no one there but whores and hockey players'.

  Manager: "My wife is from Canada!'

  Produce guy: 'Oh yeah? Which team does she play for?'

  **Warning: Losses and living child mentioned**
