I have my qualifying exam today. I'm a PhD student and once I "qualify" I will be ABD (all but dissertation). Its been a rough road and I'm very nervous (and nauseous but that may be m/s) but I will put on my big girl pants and pretend to be confident.

I almost quit so many times but here I am…about to be grilled by my committee. Actually it will probably be more polite than that, but we'll see. Once its over I will be so relieved.

Send me good vibes/happy thoughts please!

I PASSED. It feels so anticlimactic, but I am sure the relief will set in soon. Right now I'm just exhausted and grateful for my committee and DH who read drafts and gave numerous pep-talks
