  That is a good tip, I will have to try that.

  Did you have m/s with your first? I did starting at 5 weeks and its like there is a ticking time bomb waiting for me to hit 5 weeks and it to hit again. I'm scared!

  I did not have it with my first! Everyone said every pregnancy is different but I couldn't imagine it. They were right. I hope you don't get it!

  Try some lemon juice in your water..that helped me as well.
