Mole on toe-- help!

I've never been to a dermatologist before, but it may be about time. Do y'all think this mole on my toe looks like it could be cancer? It's been there as long as I can remember, but it has grown.

    If it has grown I would get it checked out. It is also an irregular shape which is not good. Just for peace of mind, call your doc!

    I would definately get it checked out, but I have heard that moles can grow a bit during pregnancy due to hormones and what not, but it's always better to be safe then sorry!
