I know there have been threads about probiotics and gripe water but we have had a huge success with colic calm and the chiropractor that I just had to share. Yesterday I was in tears because we had such a rough weekend. The poor girl had gas all weekend and we tried regular gripe water and she was taking probiotics but I thought it might be causing more gas so I took her off and then we had 2 days that were horrible as far as her having gas and reflux all day instead of just at night and in the morning so I put her back on and it was a lot better but anyway the weekend was still really rough. I felt so bad for her but I was also exhausted from bouncing and rocking and trying to calm her that by Monday I was in tears all morning. We had picked up colic calm and it was working at first but then she'd have issues within an hour or so after. I decided to take her to the chiropractor and he said she had a big knot in her neck. He adjusted her and she fell asleep right after and has been so happy and smily ever since. She's still getting gas but the colic calm is helping A LOT. I wasn't real sure about the chiropractor or that it would do anything but I just wanted to write just in case someone is going through the same thing and would be willing to try it. I will defiantly bring her back and now that the colic calm has been in her system more it works so much better. So if you only tried it once or twice and thought it didn't work just give it a little longer. I give her that around 6 when she wakes up really gassy and then probiotics around lunch and colic calm again before bed if she needs it. She has slept so much better yesterday and today and is so much happier. Sorry this is so long I just had to share.
