Awaiting first PP AF

Apologies in advance if I missed a recent post on this topic...we are in the process of moving and changing jobs and it is crazy!

My supply wasn't keeping up with all of the travel and stress so we have moved to EFF. It was the right choice for us. Now I am awaiting the arrival of Aunt Flo. I am horrifically bloated, it's been about two weeks since I last nursed LO. Just curious if anyone who has had their first PP period experienced something similar. I'm expecting lots of bleeding and debilitating pain (as my cramps were before pregnancy) so I'm just trying to look into my crystal ball and figure out if AF is on the way.

Please share your thoughts/experiences!

Well, I'm EBF and have had 3 pp periods. Because my body is cool like that. But yes, massive bloating was my first symptom for the first pp period. It wasn't so bad the second or third time.
