1) How many days overdue are you? NINE!!!
2) Symptoms/How are you feeling? Eh, pretty much the same. I hate waking up to pee every two hours and realizing I STILL haven't gone into labor.
3) Appointments? Thursday
4) Doing anything to induce labor? Didn't do anything special yesterday.
5) GTKY: Who do you think is the hottest male celebrity right now? Bonus points for PIPs. Channing Tatum, Eric & Alcide from True Blood.

1) How many days overdue are you?

Five
2) Symptoms/How are you feeling?

Lots of acid reflux and nausea. I've been throwing up or having diarrhea off and on all weekend and into yesterday, so my OB had me come into to triage last night to get checked. I got a bag of fluids and I was having contractions but I wasn't feeling them. Still 1/80%/-2. Feeling pretty discouraged since that's where I've been for the past three weeks.
3) Appointments?

Thursday for NST and fluid check

4) Doing anything to induce labor?

Not anymore, we were walking and doing a bunch of other stuff but I've kind of given up.
5) GTKY: Who do you think is the hottest male celebrity right now? Bonus points for PIPs.

I guess I officially get to join this thread today. Siiigh.

1) How many days overdue are you? 1
2) Symptoms/How are you feeling? Today - great. Too great. Very few contractions. Yesterday, I had regular, timeable contractions from about 9 am to 3 pm, when they just stopped. Nothing today.
3) Appointments? Thursday.
4) Doing anything to induce labor? DH and I had sex yesterday morning, which seemed to kick off yesterday's contractions. And lots and lots of walking, which seems to do nothing, and even seems to stop the contractions. Probably, I should try pineapple soon.
5) GTKY: Who do you think is the hottest male celebrity right now? Bonus points for PIPs. Benedict Cumberbatch, particularly at this moment:

Too good. Like all of a sudden the crampiness and yucky feeling goes away?!

@twistsandturnsto2 Thanks lady! How was your induction??? BTW what made your doctor decide to induce? I have been doing a ton of research today and getting a little antsy about passing the 41 week mark, especially since there is no question at all about our due date being accurate.

2) Symptoms/How are you feeling?
We DTD last night and I think it was a horrible idea really bad cramping since then

... Maybe the cramping did something I'm now very thin and one centimeter dilated fingers crossed it continues!

3) Appointments?
Here for one now and the induction on Thursday

4) Doing anything to induce labor?
Not anymore I tried almost everything he seems very comfy

@whoberry yesterday was a very long day but the short version is that I did in fact go into labor on my own Sunday night, was admitted to the hospital about 4 am and after a long and difficult labor(due to baby's position) our baby boy was born at 4:05 PM! I'm still working on a birth story so I will share that when I can.

As far as the decision to induce, I think we could have waited a few more days if we wanted, but we were at 40 w 6 d on the day we scheduled it. The OB I saw at my 40 week appt just sort of left it up to us. I was already dialated to 4 cm by then, so I do believe that played a part in the decision. The baby had also been measuring great, confirmed at my 38w appt, and I hadn't gained any weight in the last few weeks of my pregnancy(only about 10 lb totall the entire pregnancy) but I'm not entirely sure that played a part. I'm sort of surprised your MW hasn't started talking about it with you yet.

@njbabymama I am seeing the midwives at my OB's office and they haven't said anything about inducing yet. Awhile back I asked how long they would let me go past my due date and they said as long as I wanted, but that the risks go up a lot after 42 weeks. I have another appt on Thursday so I will probably talk to them about induction then. They are pretty big into natural induction methods so I want to be sure I start trying those out soon.

@twistsandturnsto2 Congratulations!!! Can't wait to read your birth story when you have a chance to post it. The midwives pretty much said it was standard to go about 7-8 days over so we didn't talk about induction at my appt last week. NST & u/s looked great yesterday so I am relieved. But after reading some medical studies on line today I got a bit worried.

2. I feel especially crappy today... Headache and just ugh. But no contractions of course
3. Appt thurs.
4. Nothing has every induced labor for me so nope.
5. I'm so out of touch with that right now...

Feeling ok, it's just hard to walk and move
3) Appointments?
Had one today. Only 1cm dilated
4) Doing anything to induce labor?
Going to walk today and do pelvic rotations on exercise ball

Scheduled induction for Thursday AM. My doc goes on vacay Friday evening for over a week. I really want her to deliver my baby, so I'm praying everything goes well and he comes on his own on Thursday night / Friday morning!

1. 2 days late
2. Lost my mucus plug this morning it was absolutely gross and I've been having contractions all day but they are extremely irregular.
3. Appt for a sono and to see my OB...if I'm still preggo by morning ( fingers, toes, eyes crossed that something happens over night.)
4. I'm still trying to walk around and I'm having Chinese food for dinner. Anything is worth a shot.
5. No man turns me on right. I'm practically asexual at this point. Lol. Got my mind on my baby and my baby on my mind!
