Co-ed / unique / slightly inappropriate baby shower games?

I'm hosting a baby shower for a friend soon and she wants "games that'll embarrass the guys".

The two games I have in mind right now are:
Pin the sperm on the egg
Squeeze the boob milk (water balloon) into a shot glass

I'm thinking at least one more game. Any suggestions?

There will be no conservative aunties and grandmas there, so crude games are fine

I have seen the one on pinterest where you freeze a plastic baby in an ice cube and everyone gets one in their water and once the baby is 'free' of the ice cube the person has to yell, 'MY WATER BROKE'. Unsure if that would be embarrassing for guys until one of the guys had to yell it.

This one isn't particularly embarrassing except for occasionally people's reactions, but the blindfolded store-bought baby food tasting/guessing contest can be entertaining.
There are some gross sounding/tasting ones out there and it can be funny how far off the guesses can be.

I went to a shower with the platsic baby in ice but we had to put the cube in our mouth and use that to melt the ice. That would be a little more embarrassing.

Melting the different candy bars into the diapers and then you pass around the "poo" and guess what kind of candy bar. Not embarrassing, but kind of fun and gross!

You could do a beer drinking contest except the beer has to be drank from a baby bottle. You could do Bob for Nipples, where you fill a tub with water and put in baby bottle nipples for them to bob and grab with their teeth.

Im just brain storming here butttttt….Can you buy adult size diapers and do like a baby obstacle course? My thought here is along the lines of in teams of 2: race to change out a bib, chug a baby bottle (of beer?), burp them then put on a diaper.

At my cousins shower the did a game where one person put a toilet paper roll in between their thighs and the other partner put a broom stick handle in between theirs. They had to get the broom stick in the hole of the toilet paper roll. They called it How Babies Are Made or some shit like that. It was awkward for sure.

We did this at one I hosted a while back. DO NOT buy the mac'n'cheese - that stuff scarred me for lyfe.

I did this one, but with water. It's actually pretty funny. I think most guys would be embarrassed to have a picture of himself drinking from a baby bottle.

I hate the poop in d diapers games. I don't like any grantee that could jeopardize my love for chocolate
