Well, I had my follow up appointment with my RE today after a month of lots and lots of bloodwork and internal ultrasounds... She has decided that it is time to move on from Clomid and start Letrozole. We are going to be on that for three months before starting IUI. She also decided that if my LH level isn't 20 when they check it the day I get a +OPK, then I have to do a trigger shot of Ovidrel. I'm a little nervous about the change, but happy to be moving on to something other than clomid. I'm nervous about IUI, but just hoping that we don't have to actually get to that point. She also showed me a picture of my ovaries and confirmed that I def. have PCOS. This is mostly a short little update, I've been MIA for awhile because the school year was ending, but now that I am on summer break (I'm an elementary librarian) I will have more time to read/respond to the posts on here. If anyone has anything to share about their experience with Letrozole or Ovidrel I'd appreciate it! Thanks so much!!

Feb 6, 2014 - First cycle of Clomid 50mg, tested positive for O, BFN
March 8, 2014 - Second cycle of Clomid 50mg, tested negative for O
April 12, 2014 - Third cycle of Clomid 100mg, tested positive from O, BFN
May 14th - Fourth cycle of Clomid 100mg, tested positive from O, 1 Follicle 17mm, BFN
June 15th - First cycle of Letrozole, 2 follies, one on each side, 22mm and 20mm... BFP!!!! Baby Boy due March 21, 2015

DH SA March,May 2014 - Low motility and shape issues. On vitamins per RE to help
Me testing April 3, 2014 - FSH and LH good, HSG showed blocked right tube
April 29, 2014 - First RE appt., right tube needs to be removed and possibly left also if
it's bad too. RE suggests going straight to IVF
June 4, 2014 - LAP/HSC and unexpected endo. removed but tubes got to stay!
June 13, 2014 - Post-Op appointment. We decide where to go next since main issue
is MFI influenced. Trying naturally until decision... Repeat SA in September. Aiming for IUI #1 November 2014.

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2
