Eczema advice?!

Just got back from the peds office and eucerin cream was recommended. Didny know if any experienced mommies had any good tips on helping with eczema! Thanks in advanced!

Shea Moisture makes a line of baby eczema products and they are amazing! My target and CVS both carry the line, otherwise amazon has them. Plus, they smell great!

I use coconut oil on both my kids. For a while, it was the only product that didn't worsen my DD's eczema.

With DS, I found the Spectro Kids for eczema worked well and I would always put Aquaphor on his patches. I bathe them both in water with sea salt.

We are now using Epiceram with both in order to avoid long term use of hydrocortisone.

So sounds like it will be trial and error with what works. Right now we do tubs Monday Wednesday and Friday. Is that too much with eczema not enough? !

We always did bath every day. Lukewarm water only. Both of them spit up constantly though so I have to wash that off, as well as get any irritants off. I only use soap 1-2x/week though. Plus you can trap moisture in by applying cream/lotion right after they come out of the water.
