Infant Life Jacket

We are headed to the beach next week for our family vacation. We are planning on renting a pontoon boat for a day, and it just dawned on me that LO needs a life jacket!

I have read some reviews for different ones, but does anyone have personal experience? He is 2 months old and about 10 lbs. I was looking at the Stearns Infant Classic but I'm just not sure.

We have the Stearns infant classic for DS1 and it doesn't fit DS2 at all (around 11 lbs, 22"). We're struggling to find one under $100 that will fit him properly. The closest we've come is https://www.fullthrottlewatersports.com/p/infant-nylon-water-sports-vest-1?pp=24 and I still don't like how close it sits to his mouth.
