Pacifiers

My daughter just turned 8 months and she is still using the mams pacifier for 0-6 months. Should I move her to the 6+ pacifier? It seems soo big (the nipple part) when I looked at it in the store the other day. I guess it depends on the baby too.. Just wondering what other mamas are doing! Thanks!

    We had to switch at 4 months because he got the plastic part stuck in his mouth chewing on it. Now at 7 months seems to still work well.
