Question regarding formula feeding/ nipple size

My son is 3 months old, and I just switched him from slow flow to medium flow nipples. He now finishes the bottle in 5 minutes and he doesn't seem to be satasfied. He's up to 6 oz at a feeding. Should I maybe try the medium flow?? Or go back to the slow flow??

    We had the same experience. My LO eats 4oz bottles and I burp him in the middle of the feeding at 2oz... sometimes he gets frustrated but I notice after the burp it seems to register that he's getting food in his belly. Then I burp again at the end of the feeding. If he burps twice it seems to do the trick and he's satisfied. I have a big boy...12 weeks old, 24 inches and 16 pounds.

    Have you tried just adding an oz to the bottle? DS right at 3 months went up to 7oz bottles.
