Soooooo I have been slightly slacking off on this - sorry! My silly children keep asking for stuff like food and love. Anyway, can't wait to hear updates and please let me know/add yourself if I missed you!

@jmar2011, thanks for the update! Preston is adorable. I love that you posted collages because I literally made 4 collages tonight too
Annaliese is 1 month today and is doing well for the most part! Shes getting chubby and wiggly. She's now 7 lbs and is on an all formula diet now. She wasn't able to latch consistently and my milk supply plummeted even with pumping and consistent attempts to feed.
At her one month appointment they discovered a heart murmur so we have to see a cardiologist on the 25th. They said it's likely preemie related due to it's location and it shouldn't be a real issue. It did feel like someone punched me in the stomach when she told me, but I am remaining optimistic and strong for my girl! In any case,
My niece has a very rare heart condition and an amazing cardiologist so I know I have a good family and medical support system

My bed rest buddy!! How are you doing? I'm so glad she is gaining weight. I'm sorry about the breast feeding I know you tried so hard and that's all that maters!! Do you find yourself enjoying your LO better now that tye stress of nursing and pumping are over?
Sorry to hear about her murmur. That's scary. Not what u may want to hear but people can have them and never have a problem or kids often can out grow them. Praying for good news.
As for us... Brynlee is also one month old already. Eating like a champ. I am mostly pumping and bottle it to her. I just have more confidence in that method. We nurse for bonding but I'm sure I'm just a paci. We may try the LC again now that she is past due date.
Do we have anything on the board to post monthly photos? If not we should.

@jmar2011 - Preston just wants to impress the ladies with his cool surgery scars. But for real I hope his swallow study goes well and that he gets to snack on some Thin Mints soon!

Lily is growing like a little weed! She is finally fitting into NB clothing and no longer fits in preemie outfits...only took 6 weeks HA!
Unfortunately her pediatrician noted a heart murmur at her recent visit, we will monitor this and decide in the near future if it needs further work up. FX it resolves on its own.

Liam is still struggling with eating, we had to switch him to a formula because he was having so much pain with feedings that we think he has a milk protein allergy. At this point it has seemed to greatly help his comfort level and mood. He is still not taking full feedings though so we are having another echo done on his heart in the morning and then having a meeting with his Drs and his therapist to discuss future plans because he isn't making any progress at all.
He just turned 3 months old on Saturday and this coming weekend will mark 100 days in the nicu I never thought our stay would last this long but i guess he has other plans.
