I cannot get my LO to go back to sleep. She will fall asleep feeding, I can burp her and rock her for 20 min and she wakes up within 5 min of me setting her down. After 1.5 hours of nurse, burp, rock, lay down, wake I end up putting her in the swing and sleeping the rest of the night on the couch. Part of me wonders if I should reduce the time I allow her to nurse so maybe she is not as full? Anyone else have this issue?
Re: After the MOTN feeding...
I feed, burp, change diaper, finish feeding, burp again, reswaddle, rock, and put him in his crib. He usually rustles around for about 20min , but doesn't cry.
We bottlefeed and I have prepped bottles in his room for MOTN feedings. Only a nightlight gives any light. No talking or.eye contact.
Night lights.
