Sitting up..

LO can now sit up on his own as of about a week ago. I was so excited!! Now it makes naptimes and bedtime horrible! You lay him down, he sits up. Go back in to lay him down he sits up! He plays with his blanket, gets his feet stuck in the rails.. A hot mess. He's lucky he's so cute.. Lol. Anyone else got this going on yet?

He can go from lying to sitting up by himself? Impressive!

Exactly. The sitting is the least of my concerns. At this point it's the crawling and standing that's screwing with sleep.

I don't even want to think about crawling yet. He's getting there though. Right now we will get about 2 knees crawls, then he flops on his belly and starts "swimming"(is what we call it lol). He lays on his belly and looks like he's swimming like a frog. The sitting up is adorable though. It's like it happened one day, in a matter of minutes he figured it out. He just sat up in his crib, right after I laid him down. Now he's unstoppable.

Us too! DD keeps pulling herself up, holding onto the furniture. It really worries me on the tiled floors!
