I smell like pee

I didn't change ds immediately after he woke up because he was real cranky. Instead I let him sit in my lap while I checked my email this morning and he ended up peeing on my lap a bit (I guess all his absorbency needs to be in the front since the back of his insert was bone dry!). These are the last of my clean, comfy, warm pants and it's freezing in the house right now. I refuse to change them - thus, I smell like pee.
