Hi With my first my milk didn't fully come in. I am hoping there is something I can do to help it come on this time. Anyone not have much the first time, but a good amount the 2nd time? Anything we can do to prepare? Vitamins or anything?
I don't think there is really anything you can do ahead of time. But once baby is here there are several things that can help increase milk production. Eat oatmeal, drink mother's milk tea (3-4 cups a day), take fenugreek (I took up to 12 pills a day, per my LC), and trying to nurse as much as possible. Pumping after every feeding can also help. If you had trouble last time and want to succeed this time I highly recommend finding a good LC to help you.

I had to struggle with my first to get my milk in and have enough for her, but with my second I had an over supply and very forceful letdown. So it can vary widely from one time to the next.
Usually with your 2nd and subsequent children your milk comes in faster.
I didn't have issues with enough milk (my issue was with latch), but I know you should breastfeed as much as possible in the beginning, on demand. If baby isn't waking up to nurse at least 8x a day, wake them up. Also, don't limit their time on the breast.
I agree with talking to an LC as well, doesn't hurt to be as prepared as possible. Maybe post this on the breastfeeding board as well?
I had major supply issues with my first and have already talked to the LC at the hospital. She is the LC for our pedi practice too. We talked about how it went last time, but there's really nothing you can do ahead of time.
It really does vary time to time. I had major supply issues the first time, mostly due to DS's horrible latch that we couldn't get fixed in time to save my supply. With DD, she latched fine from the start and I never had an issue. I did eat oatmeal with flaxseed, make sure I got plenty to drink and just tried not to stress about it.
I agree with what others have said about increasing milk supply. There are some essential oils that can help increase supply, like fennel. (Also look at things to avoid, like peppermint, that can decrease supply). You could also consider encapsulating your placenta - I did with my first and will with this one too ... My milk supply would noticeably increase when I took them.
