Bleeding

in 1st Trimester
I just found on Friday that I was pregnant, exactly 4 weeks from the beginning of my last period and today after I got home I went to the bathroom and I'm bleeding. Not spotting, but not heavy. Is this a miscarriage?

    Its super light, lighter than I thought. It's spotting I guess. Still scary, I'm going to call the dr tomorrow. I was already planning on it to sch an appt. since I haven't been able to do that, with the weekend.

    I had this with both my chemical pregnancy (loss at 5 weeks) and my current pregnancy (I'm currently 27 weeks) during first tri, so it honestly could be either. My cp was very much like a period, light at first then heavier, but I also had some period-like bleeding with this pregnancy. So it could be either but I am really hoping for the best for you!

    Waiting to know really sucks...my thoughts are with you.

    I am 10 weeks today and I had some brownish pink spotting. I called the doctor and she said it's the uterus cleaning itself or from when the placenta attaching itself to the uterus causing some slight bleeding. But she said its normal.

    Apparently the blood test I had on Friday was a false positive, and I'm not pregnant. I'm absolutely devastated. I missed work because of this, and it's my period.

    So sorry for your loss. I had a similar experience with a chemical pregnancy and it hit me very hard. Take care and don't feel bad about grieving if you need to.
