Help me diagnose, please!

I have a call into the dr but in the meantime has anyone seen this on their LO?
The pictures are of the back of her knee and her neck. She also has it on her hips under her diaper. I am thinking heat rash but they are so big and welted.

She has has no new foods, she started an antibiotic but finished it last Tuesday so I don't think it's that. No change in soaps, detergents etc either

That looks more like bug bites to me. Have you been outside or anywhere she could have gotten bitten?

Ya we were outside but she never like sat in the grass

Oh sweet Jesus that is how Warner Hand-Foot-Mouth rash started. On his elbows, looks like bug bites/blisters but kept spreading. Wah waaaah that's my guess! I would keep that kiddo quarantined for the next 24 hours to see what happens
