So, after a night of constant texts and phone calls from three unknown numbers that totally freaked me out since dh wasn't home, then ds waking up 3 (!!!!!) times last night, I still managed to get up and workout. Done. I may be going to bed at 8:00 with the baby tonight.
How is everyone starting off their week?

I plan to do week 2 day 3 of C25K tonight. M has track practice so I'll be running solo. I also need to get in a strength session. I think I'll try out Fitness Blender.
@maven212 You should check out an app called Sworkit for body weight strength routines. I also like to use the Fitsugar website. They have a good variety of different routines.
I'm actually going to exercise before starting my day so thanks for the motivation!
The baby has slept pretty well the last few nights. Hoping this keeps up so I can start getting my energy back and working out consistently again!

J. 1.14.13 my reason for breathing
I did not workout this morning because my kid won't sleep. Ho-hum. It really put me in a bit of a funk, so I made DH give me a quickie before work, while we passed each other like ships in the night as he got home from work just in time for me to leave. That 7 minutes counts as cardio, right?
Eating has been good. Made a crockpot of spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs yesterday, which is becoming a favorite.
