Anyone have anything to share today?
Today I'm going to the gym hopefully for a class and a run. I've also eaten pretty good today so I hope I can keep that up.
I have a wedding next weekend so I'm really hoping to lose some of this water weight/junk food bloat. I've been terrible about eating out this week.

I've gotten a lot better with MFP and with the fitbit I feel like I'm really getting into a good groove. My confidence level is increasing and I'm not getting discouraged as easily.
