  I think Elin is ok, but I would worry about constant mispronunciation. I have a very common name that is still mispronounced on a daily basis and it can get annoying.

  I think it's a little difficult to make suggestions because the names are so different in style. I'm having some trouble picturing the person who likes both Jillian and Kyle for a girl. Can you give any more info? Are some of these your preferences vs. your partner's preferences?

  I love the name Jillian. It's on my list for a girl on day.
  Elin is ok.
  I don't like Kendall.
  Kyle is a boy name. There was a girl on ANTM a long time ago named Kyle though.

  Don't like Kendall or Elin AT ALL. Jillian is okay, but I don't understand why a boy's name is even on the list! Kyle for a girl is truly horrible.

  I like how Elin looks, but I'm a little worried I'm mispronouncing it? :S

  I'm a fan of Jillian. I find it lovely and adorable at the same time. Jilly is a sweet nn, too. I'm not a Jill fan, though; too dated.

  Kendall is a guilty pleasure name for me on a girl. I would never use it but I like the sound.

  Kyle is pretty gross on a girl.

  Jillian by a mile. Elin would be a distant second for me.

  I always liked Jillian, then Kendall trumped the list for the hubby. He loved Kyle, but it was lower on my list, and Elin has appeared out of nowhere. Kelsey and Payton are up there too. I just fear we won't be able to choose! Leo and Charlie are our boy names... Any strong thoughts on those?

  I like Leo and Charlie fine for a boy and for a girl I don't like any of your choices. I do love the name Kyla though. Along with Lyla, Isla, Ayla, Kayla, and Layla. Good luck!
