Exercise is going well, but I've been eating like crap this week. That needs to stop. Also, running is giving me shin splints. Why can't I just be thin and lazy?
This week has been bad! Even though my eating has not been great I have still been writing it down in MFP. Because of the weather I have not been able to walk either :-(
I have a wedding tomorrow! thank god I have a stretchy flowy dress. This week is going pretty well. Not much exercising but not over eating. We will see what happens tomorrow!
I didn't get to do my weekly grocery shopping on Sunday and it threw off my entire week and I've been eating poorly. Exercise has been going fairly well though. I did 3.75 miles on the treadmill yesterday (mostly running with a few walk breaks here and there.)
@magentawarped have you ever gotten fitted for running shoes at a running shoe store? Your shin splints could be from poorly fitting running shoes. Worth a shot if you haven't.
I'm eating really good. Lots of organic fruits and veggies plus lean meats. It's the excercize that's killing me! I'm so tired !!! Blah but MIL has a treadmill so I think I'll start going over and using it.
I'm getting married in exactly 3 months and I'm going dress shopping tomorrow so it should motivate me to get in shape!
Tomorrow is 10 week testing for my fitness program. I am not where I want to be physically but know that I have lost at least 6 inches overall, 6lbs, and gained muscle. Loving my butt from squats and lunges... looking rather perky!
I will have the final results tomorrow and signed on with Farrell ' s for at least the next year.
Does cellulite go away as you build more muscle? My thighs are very "dimply".
I haven't been doing very good with exercising this week. I've done it most days, but have been counting things I wouldn't normally count as exercise. I think I'm doing ok eating wise. I want all the sweets, but we really don't have any in the house so I haven't been eating them. We did go out for ice cream tonight and I had pizza for dinner. That wasn't so good, but I don't eat like that all the time.
@lala2332 I don't wrap because I don't think I actually run enough of the time for it to do me much good. I only run maybe 5 of my 30 minutes of treadmill time.
@djtippietoes I did actually get fitted for my shoes...I think I just need to stretch better before I try to run. My trainer showed me some new stretches, so hopefully those will help.
So, I had to AW, guys...I was going through my closet yesterday, and I found an old dress that I loved. I tried it on and it fit. Not super impressive unless you knew that I wore that dress to my dad's wedding...when I was 17! It definitely doesn't fit as nicely as it did then, but it fit, dammit!

I was staying on track and losing but got cocky and have been eating too much the last few days. I have to reign it back in!
