Naptime...

My daughter is four, we still do naptime. She sleeps on average 2-21/2 hours in the afternoon. She has started to have trouble falling asleep at night. I am wondering if it is time to go without a nap. So at what age did you stop the nap with you lo?

    Mine stopped napping at 3. If she took a nap she stayed up until midnight and i wasnt having that!

    DD quit napping regularly at 3. She still takes naps every so often in the summer.
