I have both the ergo and the beco Gemini. The ergo is much easier to put on, but the beco is nice because they can face out. Charlie isn't a fan of either one right now, but I'm hoping that changes soon.
Tula! *coughcough* I like ergo better than beco. What I've heard about the 360 is that it isn't as wide as the regular ergo so you can't have the knee to knee support to carry your baby as long.
I have the Ergo and find it challenging to get LO in and out if it. Does any in have any tips for me?
Before putting it on each time, really loosen the shoulder straps. Clip on waist band and let everything hang. Pick up baby (in insert if needed) and cuddle to your chest hold with one hand, reach down and grab first shoulder strap, tighten a bit. Switch hands holding babe and grab other strap. Reach back and clip shoulder clip. Tighten side straps till comfortable.

I have a Beco Soleil and love it. Super comfy and I like the look of it better. I have a Bjorn if she needs to face out, mostly for my husband Or can face out with my K'tan. I have a few choices. Lol.
Re: Ergo or Beco
Do you have a baby wearing group? Ours has a lending library to try out different carriers.
Use all the "safety loops"!
