  Thank you for asking.
  I got him ticket to a local rock music festival at the Labor Day weekend.
  He is going to college starting spring 2015 but for next 8 months he is with us and not planning to do anything. I am nagging him to get some job but he is not very eager to work - he is a bit lazy... And it's not very easy to find a first job.

  @lkamenko‌ and @summergirl1211‌ thanks for asking. I haven't really interacted with him much. I saw him for about 30 seconds last week as he was going to work. It was enough to tell that he isn't over what happened. He wasn't rude or mean or anything, just...off.
  
  Anyway, my mom is still having to pay rent on his apartment because they haven't been able to sublet it and he's not paying anything to help support his child. He's alternately talking about moving back in with his wife and moving back into his apartment. He wants to get disability, quit work, get a loan, and go back to school while living in the apartment.
  
  My parents are stretched really tight trying to pay for everything to do with him. They didn't have enough to buy groceries this last week. I gave them some of ours, but I worry because they can't get off his lease until December. And of course his attorney's fees are ongoing. My uncle is stepping in and helping some, so hopefully things will be easier soon, but until then my brother seems totally uncaring about my parents' financial situation. He keeps asking for more money.
  
  Anyway, sorry that turned into a novel. I'm not talking about it with anyone else, so it tend to all come gushing out when I write about it here.

  @lkamenko‌, thank you. My parents have been through a lot of heartache, but are holding on to the hope that he will get better. They are amazing people and I'm lucky to know them, truly blessed to have them as parents.
