Any recommendations?
Honestly it wouldn't have occurred to me that this was something we needed, but some neighbors were shooting them as I was putting DD to bed the other night, and she cringed and complained that it was too loud. We're going to BIG fireworks on 3rd of July this year, so I guess I'm going to have to get her something. What do you guys use, and where did you get them? Thanks!

We went to a parade on Saturday with lots of guns and firetrucks and everything. Before we walked up to the parade, you could already hear the guns from the house we were at, and we explained to DD that there were going to be lots of big noises and everything in the parade, but it wasn't scary and would only be for a second. Her response: "I'm not scared of the big noises, they're scared of me!" And she did great - she told about 6 other people that the guns were scared of her, not the other way around. They surprised her a few times when she wasn't paying attention, but she always thought that was hilarious.
Prolonged booms from the 4th of July fireworks might be a different story, though, so I think I'll probably still get these - they're cheap enough. Thanks again!
We have these same exact ones in pink. We bought them for DD for the airshow we went to last month. She will ask to wear them when DH is mowing the lawn or if I'm vacuuming. She's very sensitive to noises. She loves them and they seem to work well.
