I posted earlier about starting to wean and then regretting it and deciding I wasn't ready. I had been getting 4 ounces in the morning and 3 ounces at night before I cut back to just one pump a day, then I regretfully stopped altogether for 48 hours before realizing I wanted to keep going. I started pumping morning and evening again and I'm only getting 2 ounces in the morning, one ounce in the evening.
Has anyone else had any success building back your supply after cutting back so drastically? I'm 6 1/2 months pp and I EP. I have some motherlove more milk plus I can take (although it never seemed to do much for me before) but I'm not sure of the best way to proceed at this point with the pumping. Do I try some power pumping sessions or should I add back in the sessions I cut when I started to wean? Anyone with any experience here? What worked for you??
