Fertility drugs?

Ladies, do you purchase your ferility drugs from an online pharmacy? I am looking for a reliable on line pharmacy that offer fertility drugs cheaper than your local pharmacy. RE office quoted me around $300 for this cycle on meds alone. Since we are OOP I was hoping to find them for a better price. Thank you!

Thanks! Just clomid so far. And it's not covered under my ins plan. Sorry it wasn't walgreens that quoted me. It was the RE's office. I want to call walgreens and see what their price for clomid is. Let me go edit that! Trying to do too many things at once over here. Nurse said id prob need an injection this cycle as well. I'm assuming that's the expensive part? Not sure. New to all this.

I use freedom fertility and Alexandra's Twin pharmacy and so far they have been the cheapest for me but I've always taken injectables.

Thanks. I will check both out. I just looked at goodrx.com and found a coupon for clomid at publix pharmacy. $18 for 10 50mg pills. Does this sound about right?

Yes, I paid $27 dollars are target for 15-50mg tabs. It's about $9 for 5 tabs at most places that I know of.

For Clomid, you might want to try Walmart or Target. I believe it's a little cheaper there. If you're looking for Ovidrel or injectables, Freedom Fertility has good prices, plus they work with the Heart to Heart and GO to Savings discount programs. Their customer service is excellent, too.

I got generic Clomid at Target for like $11. I probably would just buy Clomid from a local pharmacy because it's pretty inexpensive, but everything else I buy online.

I got Ovidrel for $80 (+ $8 shipping) at Braun Pharmacy online.

For Clomid you might check places like Costco too, if you live near one. You don't have to be a member to fill prescriptions there. I know it's not the same, but I got BCPs that would have been $40-80 elsewhere for like $15 there. The generic Clomid was cheap enough at Target that I never priced it out at Costco though.

ETA- $300 for a Clomid cycle is a lot. What all do they want you to get? Is a trigger shot included? Progesterone supplements? If you're more specific I might be able to help more. Definitely shop around for trigger shots. If you need progesterone, be aware that they will often quote you a price for how much progesterone you'd need if you got pregnant and took it for about 10 weeks. If that's the case, you don't necessarily need to buy it all at once. My doctor also originally called in Crinone for me, but I found that endometrin was about half the cost, so I asked them to call in that instead.

Isn't it great? I recently found out too! You can look up drug costs from them online too. It looked like generic Clomid was like $1.25/pill. (The price was for 30 pills, so I divided.) :-)

It's ok! Yes, Ovidrel is one brand of a trigger shot. It forces your follicles to release the egg. It's usually used for IUI or IVF cycles, and some doctors also use it for TI cycles, but not all do.
