Mila Kunis was on Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday night and made a "public service announcement" that men should stop saying "we're pregnant".
I was curious what all the August 13 ladies thought and also if you remember how you felt about this while you were pregnant. Any funny stories/incidents?
Re: Discussion: We're pregnant vs I'm pregnant.
But if he had tried to pull the "we're pregnant" card in comparison to how I was feeling or what my body was going through I would have thrown my chocolate cake topped with pickles at his head.
Eta: I don't think he said we're pregnant though...maybe we're expecting.
DH can not birth our children, and sometimes I take it for granted the amazing emotional journey I got to experience while pregnant with DS.
I'm annoyed that she's annoyed by it. Same thing when people get all stabby when someone says "preggers". Blah, nbd to me.
I just don't have the time or will to care about that, so I don't get why others are so upset by it? Seems like a waste of panty bunching IMO.

Neither phrase really bothers me for the reasons she said, but I do think a man saying, "We're pregnant," just sounds a little dorky.
That being said I am not going to lose sleep over anyone else using it. To each their own.
