Is it safe to eat cooked sprouts?

Hi there,,

I am starting my 6th week.   I love making stir fries but I read somewhere that it is not recommended to eat sprouts during pregnancy.  Is it safe to eat them when cooked?

    I remember that, too, and I think cooked is ok. But I think you might have meant to post this in Feb 15. :)
