Where is the milk?

So how is this happening... I started out with no supply and a fussy baby who would move his mouth back and forth over my nipple. Then my supply was out of control...an over supply. So the recommendation was to not pump and just stick it out, which I did. NOW I'm back to a baby who is huffing and puffing at the breast, moving mouth back and forth, and constant suck, suck sucking, with no swallowing! :( It seems like I have no milk now! Growth spurt maybe? my nipples are raw I have been nursing so much today!

    Oh and this is all within a three week period! Baby is 3 weeks ol.

    Do you have access to a lactation consultant you could talk to? I saw some at the hospital I delivered a several times after I was discharged, they even billed insurance for me!
