Hi ladies. I have been reading this board off and on for the last few months but waited until our secondary infertility diagnosis was official to post. DH and I are about to start our 13th cycle TTC baby # 2.
A little about us: We have a son who will be 3 in September- he was so easy to conceive. Our secondary infertility is unexplained. I am 34 (will be 35 this summer) and DH is 39. According to the blood work I am ovulating (at least the month it was checked), my thyroid, prolactin, HSG are all fine. DH's first semen analysis showed low motility but the repeat one was totally normal. I will be starting clomid in a few days and I am nervous about that!
Our TTC has been complicated by the fact that I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in October. The one medication my rheumatologist is willing to use during pregnancy I had a terrible allergic reaction to. So I am not taking any medications until after a pregnancy. The problem there is joint pain I can't do anything about and of course joint damage that can occur because I am not taking anything. The pain is mild right now- I am lucky. I just hope it stays that way. According to my rheumatologist and OB the arthritis shouldn't affect our TTC but I have read some studies that say it can. Who knows.
Sorry for the long intro. I have not been TTC as long as many of you have but I hope that I can join you here. I have already learned a lot from reading your posts over the past few months.

Clomid cycles 7/14 & 8/14= BFN
IUI # 1 (clomid) 8/27/14= BFN
IUI # 2 (clomid and follistim) 9/25/14= BFN
IUI # 3 (femara and follistim) 10/23/14= BFN
IUI # 4 (femara and follistim) 11/20/14= BFN
12/12/14- saline sono shows two polyps
2/15- two uterine polyps and "schmutz" (RE's words) removed
8/15- surprise BFP! Beta #1 70 Beta #2 150

Conception:
Welcome - i'm new here too. Sounds like we have a lot in common. I've been TTC our 2nd for about 13 months now; my DS will be turning 3 in August; I'm 34 and DH is 39.
I meet with the RE next monday to review all of our tests....nervous.....

BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

11/26/14 - Beta 612; 11/28/14 - Beta 1263; 12/1/14 - Beta 3571;
12/3/14 - first u/s - two gestational sacs; 12/17/14 - two healthy heartbeats (132 and 134)

March 2008 - DD born - no issues conceiving (surprise). Limited issues during pregnancy/delivery.
June 2011 - Married DH.
June 2013 - Diagnosis of Endometriosis and PCOS (approximate).
December 2013 - First cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
January 2014 - 2nd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
February 2014 - 3rd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
March 2014 - Took month off to prep for surgery
April 2014 - Laporoscopy for endo. Unable to remove endo due to too close of proximity to ureter. HSG done as well. Fillopian tubes open.
May 2014 - 1st round of Femara. Positive OPK. BFN.
June 2014 - 2nd round of Femara. Moved to RE to have CD10 Follicular U/S. No Follies in left ovary. 5 follies in right. Largest follie 8mm, 1 7mm, 2 3mm, 1 2mm. Positive OPK on day of U/S. BFN. DH has SA done at this time - All results within normal limits.
July 2014 - 3rd round of Femara. CD10 Follicular U/S. No follies in left ovary. 7 follies in right. 1 20mm, 1 12mm, 1 10mm, 4 <5mm. Scheduled for IUI. Canceled due to low estrogen level of 145. TI this month. Prepping for Injectables next month. BFN.
August 2014 - CD3 BW Normal. Injectables not happening because of stupid miscommunication about "required injectables class." Taking class this month. No medication. TI for the month. SIS scheduled for 8/7/14. SIS results - "I have a beautiful uterus." Huzzah!
September 2014 - Cycle cancelled due to stupid AF coming early and making my IUI run in to DH's business trip. Try again next month.
October 2014 - Injects with IUI cycle. 75U 5 days. Estrogen at 36. Bumped up to 125 for 4 days. Estrogen 105. Bumped up to 225. Ganirelix for 2 days. 4 mature follies. Triggered 10/9. IUI 10/10.
BFP 10/24/2014. Beta #1 - 178 Beta #2 - 398. U/S 11/7/14- TWINS!!!!
