XP: Should Progesterone Levels Decrease?

in Pregnant after IF
I know my Beta doubled to 3099 from 1022 which is good, but my progesterone went down, Monday it was >40 and today it was 37.3.  It could be my IF brain, but I just don't feel like that is normal that its going down especially when I am still on POI.  Also since Monday all of a sudden I have been developing a rash at the injection spot. (I'm just trying to find a reason)

    Just the injects, I have the suppositories from my canceled IVF so maybe they will supplement. I got those numbers off of my patient portal so I think the nurse should still call me today

    It's funny you just posted this, as I was about to ask the same. I'm on 1cc PIO twice a day. I just got a call today with my progesterone level (I'm 7 weeks) and it's gone down again from last week. It was 22 today. It started at around 48. Everything is looking fine, but it's definitely stressing me out. Since last time, I have been very generous with the measurement so I am getting extra. My nurse said they don't want it to go any lower. Dr Google seems to think it's normal for it to decline as pregnancy continues. 

    I guess I don't really have an answer for you, but I am here to sympathize as I'm in the same position! Here's to hoping everything is fine for both of us :)

    ER 4/13 - 19R, 13F, 4 PGS tested embryos, 1 normal
    5/14 FET: BFP. Beta #1: 123, Beta #2: 327, Beta #3: 854

    Was your test done fasting?
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count  
    DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks

    Mine fluctuated a lot and I'm 32 weeks. Your nurse or doctor can help reassure you but it's fine as long as the level is above their required threshold. My doctor only requires 20 so you'd be golden with her! :)

    Mine fluctuated with both pregnancies.  But I guess I just put my faith in the doctor and knew that if she thought it was too low, they would adjust my meds, which they did a few times.  37 is still really good though.  My nurse commented that they like to see it above 20 with a medicated cycle.
