It's been a long week. Let's cheer ourselves up and make things brighter for someone else by doing something nice.
Tell some mom with a newborn she looks great. Tell the mom who is struggling with the two year old who has lost his mind in the grocery store that she's doing a good job. Save a turtle, like
@Codypup.
It could be anything.
I want to feel all sappy and emotional, so share your stories.
Doooooo iiiiiiit.
Re: I think we should do nice things
The other day at the park there was a mom struggling with her toddler throwing a tantrum while she was baby wearing her infant. Standing there with my own baby (also strapped to me) and my 3yo running around, I turned to her and said, "I've been there too. Many times in this week alone. You've got this, Mama. Don't worry." She thanked me over an over and it made me feel good that even though I was having a really rough day myself, I was able to make someone else feel better in a hectic moment.
I'll make an effort to do another "pay it forward" good deed as soon as the opportunity arises.

February 2014 Moms Siggy Challenge... Turkeys
A woman I work with passed away last week. They were having a bake sale at work today to help her 16 year old daughter. This thread inspired me to do my something nice there. I bought a brownie (ok, that part was for me) and gave the lady 100$ and told her to keep it. The woman was a bit flustered and said, "Would you like a second brownie?" No one at the bake sale knows who I was, so that makes me feel even better.
This weekend we are going to the girl's guardian's house and planting teal daisies. These were her mother's favorite flowers and we hope she will feel the gesture is welcoming.
I gave a McDonald's gift card and some coupons to a woman begging.
