I was 12wks yesterday and for the past few days after I eat my normal food portion, I am still STARVING! Which strikes me as odd because I am still having strong nausea here and there. Anyone else have an increased appetite lately?
My appetite has picked up, but my aversions are stronger. I had to eat a chocolate milkshake and asparagus for dinner last night because the burgers we were having made me sick to even think about.
I hope that's about to end soon though!

Yesterday, I ate a baggie full of grapes, a small bag of Doritos, a string cheese, and a bowl of oatmeal - before 10 a.m. I then ate a meatball sub from Subway and a bag of chips at noon, a peanut butter cookie at 3, and dinner at 7. And a snack at 9.
Yeah... I need to curb this before it gets waaaaay out of hand. But I'm starving all the time!
I never had morning sickness and was just starving all the time. I've actually noticed my appetite decreasing, which is a good thing, as I gained more than recommended in the first tri. But like PP, my aversions are stronger.

BFP 5/19/2013. MC 7/2/2013 (9w6d) with est. loss at 8w. Miso 7/3/2013 and emergency D & C 7/6/2013.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. -Philippians 4:6-7
When I was pregnant with DD, I was a ravenous beast 24/7. This pregnancy has been totally different. My nausea/vomiting was pretty severe for first tri and is still bad at times but is slowly getting better.
I was STARVING throughout first tri even with the nausea. It sucked. My appetite has finally calmed down. I'm hoping I put on extra weight in first tri and won't this tri.
I'm starving all the time, but nothing ever sounds good! It starting to get pretty frustrating. DH even took me on a date last night, and I barely ate anything. I'm hoping this nonsense is over soon.
Depends on the day for me. Some days, I have the munchies all day long. Other days, I'm 10% hungrier than i was before being pregnant. I don't think i have yet had a day where I didn't eat much. I'm the type that needs to be careful to not use LO as an excuse to eat everything in sight.
I'm not sure if I've even been really full (like can't eat any more, overstuffed) since being pregnant. Usually if anything my bladder gets full and gets in the way of me consuming more food
I'm an eating machine too! Although there are some things I can't stomach right now. Mainly pork & nuts. Here is my day - get up & drink Boost protein shake. Eat pre-breakfast before going to work. Eat breakfast @ work. Then mid-morning snack. Lunch. Then afternoon snack. Then usually a pre-dinner snack. Dinner. If I didn't eat a big dinner then I have a before bedtime snack. I'm mostly eating healthy stuff but dang I feel like I can't keep our cupboards stocked!
I'm with those who were lucky not to have sustained morning sickness, but I had intense fatigue and was hungry all the time, craving unhealthy food, during first tri. Now in week 13 I'm getting fuller faster, and have more energy so I hope I can get back in track with exercising and eating a healthy diet.
December '14 November Siggy Challenge - How I Feel in Third Trimester
I have had bursts of hunger. I gained too much my first few weeks so the nurse has me on a regimen of eating every two hours. People at my work see me eating contly
Yes, it has a bit - but more noticeably, things that I was having aversions to aren't bothering me so much anymore, which is nice. It's been great to enjoy a salad again.
Me: 34 - PCOS | DH: 30 - everything looks good!
TTC #1 since 10/13
March 2014 - 1st medicated cycle - 5mg Femara CD 3-7 = BFP! EDD 12/26/14
I am hungrier, but nothing sounds good to me. Everything just sounds either salty or sweet to me. If I don't eat, I get very low blood sugar so I have to eat every couple of hours but I'm just really bored with all food lately. Nothing sounds good, nothing tastes good. everything is just ok, but never great.
I'm 11 weeks and still so Blah. I love to cook!! Last night I was feeling energetic so Made a nice dinner for me and hubby- I ended up eating a plate of mashed potatoes cause the chicken was revolting to me feel so malnourished and poor baby not getting what it needs!!! Feel so frustrated
