From about 2 months to 8 months we put her on her stomach because she always slept the best like that. But recently we've been putting her down on her side and letting her roll herself to her tummy if she wants to.

We mostly lay him on his side because it is easiest after he falls asleep in our arms to roll him onto his side. Since he has been sick, we have put him on his stomach because he doesn't wake himself up as much.

I still put him on his back but he usually rolls to his side or stomach anyways

Once he started sleeping on his tummy, we started laying him down that way. If you lay him on his back, he'll immediately flip.
