  I had a blocked duct last week. It killed! I used an ice pack and it was better within a day or so.

  May or may not be. I've had a really sore/tender breast on two occasions and nothing came of it. It just went away after a day or so. I think you'd feel a hard knot if it were a clogged duct. Not entirely sure though.

  Like @hbell12‌ said, I feel like a clogged duct would feel like a knot. I think I had one yesterday on my right side, and I tried self expressing my breast in the shower, as well as feeding LO as much as possible on that side first. Keep doing the massaging while your LO eats; this hurt like hell, but helped me. It worked itself out within 12 hours. I hope you get relief soon!

  I had this problem. I woke up for a MOTN feed and it was super tender and I thought that I had a clogged duct but I couldn't find any knots to massage. No fever or redness. I spent all day try to work out a clog that I couldn't find. Later that day it me like a ton of bricks with fever, chills, and weakness.
  
  I'd keep a close eye on how you are feeling and call your doctor if you start feeling any worse. Mastitis escalates quickly and you'll want to start drugs as soon as possible.

  I would just massage it, feed on that side as much as possible, and you can use warm compresses or a heating pad. Also going over the area with the bottom end of an electric toothbrush while it's running or running a comb over the breast toward the nipple when you are in the shower will help release any clogged ducts you may have.
