Caffine itself is fine to have (for most people) in small amounts (something like 2 cups of coffee or equivalent per day). It's the herbs used in the teas I'd be concerned about. I don't know the ingredients in Lady Gray tea and I don't want to look it up, but I'd look at the ingredient list, do a quick search on safety of those, and check with my OB/midwife if anything is contradictory or potentially harmful. You'll see a lot of things that say a certain herb is safe and then something else saying it's not. Best to just check with whomever is providing your prenatal care.
I was told 300mg of caffeine a day maximum. I think most black teas are 50-100mg per serving. Id ask the DR about herbal blends tho. There are some herbs you cant have in pregnancy.

Its usually bergamot (orange) and i know you shouldn't use bergamot oil in pregnancy. Dunno if the tea is different

I would think the small amount of bergamot in a cup of tea shouldn't be a problem but I'd probably ask my doc's office about what they rrecommend I avoid for future reference.

LFAF Summer 2016 Awards:
You can have two cups of coffee a day, and tea (generally) has less caffeine than coffee, you'll be fine.
