When to BD

So DH and I BD'd last night. I got a positive OPK today and I'm wondering when we should BD. Our issue is MFI so should we wait until tomorrow? Any thoughts would be appreciated. It would be so lovely if this natural cycle would work and we wouldn't have to pay for an IUI.

Me-36
DH -35
Married in 2008
Started TTC in 2011
Began testing May 2014
Test Results
HSG- clear
Hysteroscopy- clear
SA- 11 mil count
45% motility
Diagnosis: MFI
July 2014: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
August 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
November 2018 Adoption complete!

    How long do you usually surge? I surge for about 3 days and don't ovulate until the surge is gone so I would say tomorrow is okay if your surge isn't super short

    I haven't tried temping yet so I don't know  for certain how long I surge. I read that you should BD every other day when there's MFI but I don't want to miss it.

    I'd vote tomorrow morning too -- seems like good timing!
    Tried for two years, finally a BFP!

    In my experience, O more often comes the second day of the surge (although sometimes the first) so it sounds like tomorrow morning would cover your bases well. I would probably still wait until tomorrow night for us personally because I'd go for all or nothing. :) Good luck!

    Thanx ladies. We were able to do it this morning. Now here I am using an opk again because I was curious if I'm still surging. Would it even tell me that our did I just waste a wondfo? It was lighter today so does that mean my surge is over? I wish I had charted my temperature this cycle. Guess I'll try to go with the flow and gear up for IUI if this doesn't work out.
