Sugar in urine an hour after the 3 hour glucose test?

I took my 3 hour glucose test this morning and my OB appointment was scheduled for one hour after. When they took my urine sample it came back as having 100 mg of glucose in my urine. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just because of the test? Or is it a sign I might fail the 3 hour?

    I never got a response but I saw that there were a few views so I thought I would update incase anyone else has this happen. I did fail my 3 hour and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes yesterday. My OB said that he expected it when he saw the sugar in my urine but didn't say anything because he didn't want to worry me if I did end up passing. Luckily they are not recommending meds at this point. They want to try to control it with diet and checking my levels 4x daily.

    Interesting.  I have GD this time (second pregnancy, first pregnancy was unremarkable) and am finding it pretty easy to control on diet alone, fortunately.  Good luck - lots of great resources here if you have questions.
    Mama, badass social worker, wife, daughter, semi-crunchy renegade chicken keeper.  On hospital bedrest with babe #2 following pPROM at 25 weeks until delivery.
